We will meet at Silver Springs State Park in Ocala, FL at noon to launch no later than 1pm.
We will drift style paddle 4.5 miles down current to Ray Wayside County Park. From here we will take the shuttle back up to Silver Springs state park where we started. The wildlife that we have the chance of seeing include: MANATEES, GATORS, TURTLES, BIRDS, TURKEYS, and MONKEYS.
Captain Scotty will show you some of his favorite spots along the way and some of the things that he loves most about Florida.
Rentals are included in our hosted public meetup! We offer Tandem Kayaks, Single Person Clear Bottom Kayaks and non-inflatable Paddle boards. Park admission, Launch Fee and Shuttle Fee, and Rentals are all included in the Hosted Meetup price of $75 per person.
